1. Research and Strategy

Housing and support needs in the adults with disabilities population is soaring. Our approach is not a one-size-fits all, but our aim is to be a choice for some. 18 Hands will offer community, life skills classes, job training, social development and a residence. Our method is founded on choice. By offering opportunities for participation and inclusion, 18 Hands residents are empowered to decide for themselves how to spend their time and be engaged in their community. After all, don't we all want a choice in the place we call home and what we do there?

2. Real Estate Solutions

Our focus is finding the right property to build the 18 Hands community. Will it be mid-city, suburbs, or small town living? What surroundings will bring our residents a life that fosters growth and happiness? All hands on deck for offering up solutions for the bedrock of our first community building.

Many hands are needed to build a community, but 18 Hands is the heart that builds a home. Each resident has different needs, and we are sourcing the services that will provide for each person's individual support needs, helping to make each life meaningful.
